Flank Steak Dry Rub
I N G R E D I E N T S ´ 1 teaspoon kosher salt ´ 1 teaspoon garlic powder ´ 1 teaspoon onion powder ´ 1 teaspoon ground cumin ´ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ´ 1 teaspoon brown sugar ´ teaspoon ground red pepper
STEPS 1. Preheat grill to medium high. Combine salt, garlic and onion powder, cumin, paprika, brown sugar and red pepper in a bowl. Brush steak with olive oil and rub with the spice mixture. 2. Coat grill with cooking spray. Grill steak 5 minutes on each side or until desired temperature is reached. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. 3. Cut across grain into thin slices. 4. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
