I N G R E D I E N T S ´ 1 lb ground beef ´ 1 egg ´ 1 cup onion, minced ´ 1 cup bread crumbs or crackers ´ 1 can mushroom soup ´ 10 oz milk ´ 1/8 tsp pepper
STEPS 1. Mix ground beef, egg, onion and bread crumbs into two-inch balls. 2. Brown meatballs in large skillet. 3. Drain extra grease.
4. In medium bowl, mix soup, milk and pepper (add more pepper to taste). 5. Pour mixture in skillet over meatballs. 6. Simmer on low to medium, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens—roughly 40 minutes.
