I N G R E D I E N T S ´ Large pork shoulder or butt ´ Use your favorite seasoning (I like season salt, lemon pepper, garlic salt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper) ´ 1 large sweet white onion ´ 1 cup brown sugar ´ 1/2 ketchup

STEPS 1. Wash the pork shoulder/butt. 2. Season the pork; rub seasoning into the meat. 3. Thinly slice the onion. 4. Put the meat, onion and 1/2Dr. Pepper into the crock pot. 5. Let the meat cook for five to six hours on low.

6. Mix mustards (yellow and Dijon) with brown sugar and remaining Dr. Pepper. 7. Pour the mixture over the meat. 8. Cook for two more hours. Get ready for some good eating!
